The Ford Explorer has a fuel tank size of 20.2 gallons, depending on which Explorer trim level drivers get. The long list of different Explorer trim levels presents different gas tank sizes as well, which fits the gas mileage each model provides. The Ford Explorer has a 510-mile driving range, however, this driving range could differ based on the model. The Explorer equips a 2.3L EcoBoost® Engine that creates 300 horsepower, which is the base engine. The 2.3-liter engine is the base but a 3.0L EcoBoost® Engine is available, and it could create 400 to 365 horsepower based on the trim level. Used the Valet and worked good for morning pickup, however, the afternoon did not work and needed to get ride in the afternoon defeating purpose of valet service. Also, had advisor leave for day and did not call me about vehicle being ready. If I had not gone to service center would not have gotten vehicle in time for work on Monday. This is why you got 3 star. Need to do better on customer service all the way through the process.

My vehicle emissions inspection failed because of my OBD Port. My dealer wanted to keep my car for 48 hrs to check the problem. I called Maxwell Ford and they got me in the next day and said it would be 4-5 hrs. They also found a problem with my alignment, which could cause problems in the future. It was finished when they said it would be and their customer service is excellent. My 2020 Escape Titanium is now out of dealer warranty so I will be calling Maxwell Ford for repairs moving forward! Thank you to everyone who helped me today!

Horrible service. They don’t communicate well at all. You’ll need to follow-up with them every half day. Even then they could care less about getting you out of there efficiently. This trip reminded me why I avoid them at all costs and won’t be buying a Ford in the future.

I have never received the level of customer service that I received from Maxwell ford. On vacation, and over 1000 miles from home, my F150 started exhibiting a loss of power steering. Without an appointment, no fewer than 4 associates came up to me when I got out of my vehicle to say they would be right with me and within 5 minutes, John Evans took my information and description of the problem.
