I took my vehicle in to have all four tires replaced. They had a special going on. Ray Luna was my service advisor. He was really friendly and informative. Gave me options of tires with price ranges to make sure I pick the one that fit my budget and would give me the best performance. I especially liked how they sent a video showing the state of my brake pads and rotors. Ray and Jose, the service tech did an amazing job making me feel comfortable that they were servicing my vehicle.
Great experience with Ray Luna as the service advisor that handled the recent repair work that was needed on my truck. He listened to my descriptions of the problems that I reported and asked questions to make sure he understood all of my concerns. I really liked the video clip sent by the service technician that walked through his diagnosis of the problems and recommendations for repairs and parts replacement.
