From diagnosis to repair the experience exceeded expectations! Dropped off my vehicle, received a rental, communication was great. Even though my engine was back ordered they were able to locate one locally and the turn around only took a couple days!

Hector Sosa was a phenomenal help to us when going through the process of buying a Ford Maverick. He was patient, explanatory, amicable, and cooperative to our needs, and helped us find the right fit vehicle for our needs at a price point we were happy to sign a deal with. I had an appointment with Eddie Sifuentes. Eddie was very pleasant. Eddie was aware of what I was looking to purchase. He showed me my options and discussed the differences. We narrowed it down to 2 choices. We went on test drive and I fell in love with my vehicle. I met with finance and I explained what I wanted. The finance officer presented all the options with great knowledge of the product for what I was looking for. The whole process was pleasant and did not have me there all day.

The service was awesome, even though I am deaf and the workers are willing to help me out through different modes of communication. The only down side of the whole experience is that the mechanics was talking on video showing the inspections. I am not able to understand anything out of that video. Would be nice if it was captioned.

Ben Beasley sold me a used Ford Thunderbird less than a year ago. What he didn't tell me is that Maxwell Ford will not do any service work on this vehicle. The service department flat out refuses to work on a vehicle that was bought off of there lot. Not good....... Maxwell Ford service manager reached out to me last week and my issue has been resolved. Because of their prompt response I am now giving them a five star review. Thank you Maxwell Ford.

People were great but it took about a month to get my F130 serviced on recall item related to axles. They could not get their tech to even look at it for several weeks.

All I can say is Taylor in financing is great! She is so patient and explains everything! Now as for the sales team? I was not happy that they have hidde fees that they dont tell you about til you are there and ready to buy. They supposedly put a ceramic coating on all cars and charge the buying customer for it. $1600 for a coating on a mustang? Absurd!! When asked to speak to a manager,the sales guy tried to talk me down. So just be aware... on top of TTL and warranty, you will pay for a coating ...

Maxwell Ford offers the best vehicle service by a dealership here in Austin. Example, they offer an oil change, tire rotation & multi point inspection that can be done in about an hour (usually less). Other dealerships take a hour just for an oil change. The customer waiting area is big and comfortable. The techs here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and take time to answer all your questions. I won’t go anywhere else to service my Ford vehicle. Thanks for the great service!
Truck had problems starting on two different occasions- went to the dealership without an appointment and believing this to be an electrical (battery) problem they took me in and processed me through the “quick” lane (like for oil changes) - they found bad batteries and replaced them and I was in/out in less than 2 hours.
Matthew assisted us with finding the car we wanted. He listened and provided excellent service, he was polite and treated us with respect. Chris in the finance department also did a fantastic job and was very professional. We were pleasantly surprised that both made follow up calls to ensure we were happy with their service. Definitely recommend Maxwell Ford, Matthew and Chris!

I came to Maxwell ford with a broken car, they were friendly and knowlegable. They found the problems with my car, told me about them and made the repairs that I could afford now. They did not try to up sales me they had diagnostic results as proof of the problems. The service rep. kept me informed as to the progress and texted as to completion. I will continue to use Maxwell ford for my services and maybe even when I can afford a new car.
