Unfortunately, the sticker for when oil should be changed was not updated. I have owned my vehicle for 20 months and they never addressed the recall that was present. I mentioned it and it felt like service rep wasn’t really concerned about addressing it.

Jackie and team were extremely helpful through the whole process even when there were some bumps in the road.

My service rep was attentive and got me in and out. She didn't push any service not needed on me and was courteous. Clean drop off area and waiting area is very relaxing.

Jackie and her technician were presented with a parasitic battery drain on my Lincoln Aviator. They relentlessly pursued a solution to this stubborn and extremely frustrating problem. After testing every electrical component in that vehicle with no resolution, they did not give up. They finally determined that a rear door latch was failing, signaling an alarm that kept draining the battery each night. Buzz (Andrew) was great, great communication and helped me where he could. My only complaint is the price, the repairs were way too expensive and they took awhile. Buzz was transparent the whole time and kept me in the loop. If I could reward him someway I think that would be in order.

Cindy my service advisor was great. I was disappointed with the Ford process of only being able to order 5 replacement parts at at a time for my recall on my front window shield panels that flew off. The recall was 2 years ago and I just now got it fixed. Cindy did everything she could and I appreciate her. It's just a stupid policy that they can't supply all the dealerships with the parts they need for recalls.

My CMax was purchased 3/15 at South Point cash sale! They claimed to have serviced it before purchase! Numerous visit made to them regarding car performance!! No results. Nico came highly recommended by Sid Newcomb! Nico far exceeded the service I was getting South Point. At 73 I had many concerns about this vehicle!
